Vice President of Member Service

The position requires a minimum of 10 years in utility customer service experience with 5 years in a management position. A Bachelor’s degree in business or accounting, plus knowledge and specialized experience and training in RUS consumer accounting procedures. A broad knowledge of the operation of an electric utility system and a commitment to teamwork and cooperative principles is desirable. Strong speech and written communication skills, interpersonal skills and a four-year college degree in a related field are required. This position is considered an Executive level position that reports directly to the CEO.
