The General Manager will have responsibility for all facets of management and marketing of the property, including preparation of budgets and forecasts, maximizing NOI, establishing good local relationships with city and other officials, maintaining knowledge of economic development and competition, developing and implementing marketing plans, providing support for leasing efforts, management of the property team, establishing good tenant relationships, and overseeing all operations and contracted services.
