Summary:  Responsible for the accounting and reporting of key areas for Central Electric Power Cooperative, Inc. (Central), Palmetto Economic Development Corporation (PEDC) and KW Savings (KWS).   These include accounting for certain transactions including recording entries into the general ledger and reconciling accounts to appropriate subsidiary systems and records.  This role will also prepare data for auditors and financial statement disclosure information. Works with the accounting departments of the 20 members of the electric cooperatives to ensure transactions between the cooperatives and Central are properly accounted for within Central’s records.
