We are seeking an Internal Leasing Director for the Merchant's Exchange Building and other properties in our family owned portfolio. All properties are located in the San Francisco Financial District. The ideal candidate will be excited by the challenge of the current market. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Work with current and prospective tenants to understand their needs, win their business, and develop a leasing strategy that will increase occupancy. Leverage your relationships as well as cold call and market to non-existing relationships to attract quality tenants.
