Position Details: As a Senior Real Estate Manager, you will inform Grainger’s real estate strategy and execute transactions to support the Corporation’s annual and long-term business objectives. Through the leadership of the Sr. Manager, the department will execute against all property acquisition, merger and divestiture decisions, delivering real estate solutions that meet acceptable cycle time and financial parameters. You will manage all activities related to our real estate investment and portfolio management. The North American portfolio includes more than 480 properties, representing 25.2 million square feet.
