POSITION SUMMARY Supports the engineering activities of the Cooperative by performing power line assessment activities and engineering field operations required to support the design, construction, inspection, maintenance and accounting of overhead and underground electrical distribution facilities of the Cooperative by applying technical knowledge, sound engineering judgment, and skill to ensure that the system meets the present and future requirements.   Design and engineer electric distribution facilities. Prepares electronic staking sheets to comply with specifications and policies. Completes the staking of assigned work plan projects in a timely, efficient manner to ensure the work plan and budget of the cooperative are accomplished.
