Your “Take Off” will be successful by doing the following with excellence: Serves as the primary interface between CRAA and property owners, developers, companies, and community economic development officials advising of FTZ benefits, expansion policies, and requirements. Requests and gathers annual report information from operators, verifies information and submits annual reporting through the International Trade Administration’s On-Line FTZ Information System International (OFIS) to the FTZ Board per FTZ regulations. Researches FTZ requirements to answer designation and/or activation questions, conducts facility walk-throughs before activation to give companies an idea of potential security concerns, and acts as liaison between operator and the Federal Trade Zones Board
