JOB SUMMARYDirector of Asset Management is responsible for the planning, management, and oversight of real estate owned buildings for Baylor Scott and White Health (BSWH) portfolio of properties.Directs the planning and development of current and future real estate assets to maximize the value of BSWH properties and assets. May manage outside firms, vendors, and external transaction professionals to conduct all or some of the real estate transactions and services. Responsibilities include the development of portfolio optimization strategies, the development of business case recommendations, monitoring the close-out process, and coordination with internal groups to deliver an integrated, cost-effective property management solutions for the entire BSWH real estate portf
