Our Member Services Manager provides education and marketing to members regarding CEC's programs and services. Represents CEC within local organizations and electric industry associations. Participates in legislative and regulatory activities that impact CEC. Ensures a high level of service to all members by maintaining effective billing and collection functions, safeguarding members' personal information, responding to member concerns, tracking member satisfaction, and communicating with members effectively via publications and other media. Acts as primary contact for large industrial members and other key accounts. Responsible for the supervision of Member Services employees. Position open due to near term retirement.
