As the Executive Director of the MNIBA, you will lead the organization in its mission to support and advocate for Indigenous businesses and artists. You will be responsible for partnership development, strategic planning, program implementation, and overall organizational management and administration. This is a hands-on role that requires a dynamic, resourceful individual capable of handling a wide range of responsibilities. The Executive Director oversees one full-time IT coordinator and four part time employees: one creative director and three arts program staff.
