Based in New York, NY, the Associate will support members of the Americas Asset Management team in New York, Los Angeles, and Vancouver. This role will provide exposure to QuadReal’s full U.S. portfolio consisting of Residential, Industrial, Office and Alternative Asset Class properties. The Associate will be responsible for the completion of detailed analysis, including but not limited to: tracking compliance with asset strategies, lease analysis, capital management, operating performance benchmarking, and buy/sell analysis.
