The Position The City of Dublin is seeking candidates passionate about public service leadership to serve as the next Deputy City Manager (DCM). The DCM will play a critical role in overseeing day-to-day service delivery as part of a dynamic leadership team. This position serves as an organizational leader and strategic consultant to the City Manager, acting as a key designer, promoter, motivator, and catalyst for aligning culture and organizational values with a focus on high-quality service delivery in a growing city. The DCM will serve on the City Manager’s Executive Leadership team, which includes the City Manager, Chief Financial Officer, Police Chief, Economic Development Director, Community Planning and Development Director, and Communications & Marketing Director.
