Part-time (no benefits) and full-time schedules are available
Create and implement treatment plans for new and established patients
1.5 hours for new evals and 45 minutes for follow-up appointments
Doctors have the choice of supervising mid-level providers
Supervise mid-levels and receive 50% of the RVUs generated by TMS patients
Must be interested in TMS/Ketamine treatment (no experience required)
Have an active Utah medical license (or be willing to obtain)
Will consider final year residents/fellows for this employed position with no call
