Sr. Manager, Due Diligence
The Senior Manager, Due Diligence role will support the Property Compliance team in the due diligence process for transactions specifically focusing on the 3rd party vendor process as well as managing the site visit scheduling process. This role will also provide support with the document management process including the document management needs associated with transactions.RESPONSIBILITIES: Manages the end-to-end due diligence process including data room set up, vendor management and site visit scheduling across multiple transaction types. Manage the 3rd party vendor process from start to finish, building meaningful relationships with the vendors and identifying and implementing process efficiencies.
