The Property Tax Senior Manager ("Senior Manager") oversees Managers/Staff to provide property tax compliance, consulting, and appeal services for assigned clients. The Senior Manager maintains existing client relationships and focuses on property tax management and minimization opportunities. The Senior Manager leads the team in preparing annual property tax filings, reviews and evaluates appeal positions, makes appeal recommendations and manages the appeal process for Ryan clients. This work includes enforcing policies, standards and guidelines, researching tax issues, reviewing valuations of real and personal property, negotiating settlements related to assessment reduction, and the preparation and presentation of assessment appeals and supporting litigation.
