Reports to:     Vice President / Property Management Our Client is a privately held, full-service real estate firm which leases and manages retail and mixed-use assets in the Southeast. The portfolio includes properties totaling over 10 million square feet in 9 states.  The company takes an ownership approach and strives to provide a unique approach to every property which results in exceptional asset performance. The Property Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day activities of multiple properties in the portfolio to protect and enhance the real estate assets.  The selected candidate will be a collaborative team player that welcomes a challenge and is confident in their decision-making ability.
