A Brief Overview: The Key Accounts Manager is responsible for the establishment and maintenance of the relationship with defined Commercial and Industrial accounts that are deemed key by the cooperative including the recommendation and management of electric rates and charges with these associated accounts needed to ensure appropriate revenues for the financing of the cooperative's operations. What you will do: Manage key account programs which focus on new business, business retention and expansion of existing large business customers Coordinate integrated key account program to enhance member loyalty and support good will within service territory. Research and update members’ industry trends. Annually surveys or updates
