 Role Description
 
This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate and Transactional Attorney, located in Cedar Rapids, IA. The attorney will handle day-to-day tasks such as drafting and reviewing commerical leases, assisting with legal aspects of due diligence, managing commercial real estate transactions, and supporting real estate development. The candidate will work closely with team members and departments to ensure all transactions are legally sound and align with the company's strategic objectives.

 Qualifications
 
Experience with drafting and reviewing commerical leases
Skilled in title review, real estate acqusitions due diligence and closings
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
